Is there a television in the room?
Every room is equipped with a flat-screen TV.
One of my family members uses a wheelchair. What facilities do you have for people with disabilities?
Our four-bed rooms are wheelchair-accessible; however, we are not well-equipped to accommodate guests with very limited mobility, as certain wheelchairs cannot fit through the bathroom doors.
Does my room have a balcony?
All of our hotel rooms have a balcony.

Is there a kettle in the room?
Each room has an electric kettle. It is for coffee and tea only.
Is there a refrigerator in the room?
Each room has a small minibar.
Can I set an alarm?
With our hotel TV, you can set an alarm.
Can we put an extra bed in the room?
Our Mountain View and Matterhorn View double rooms do not have space for an extra bed. Upon request, we can provide an extra bed in our Superior rooms.
Is there a hair dryer in the room?
Every room has a hair dryer.
Can we get an extra pillow?
We'd be happy to provide you with an extra pillow.
Are there any quiet rooms?
Our rooms are generally in quiet locations. The rooms with a view of the Matterhorn are slightly quieter than those with a mountain view.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
All of our rooms are non-smoking.
Is there Wi-Fi in the room?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
Is there a safe in the room?
Each room has a safe.
I booked a double room with a mountain view—will I be able to see the Matterhorn?
No. From the double room with a mountain view, you can see the Mischabel mountain range, not the Matterhorn.
Are there family rooms with a view of the Matterhorn?
Our family rooms face the Mischabel mountain range. Upon request, you can book a deluxe double room with a view of the Matterhorn.
Do you have a single room with a view of the Matterhorn?
The single room does not have a view of the Matterhorn. It overlooks the Mischabel Mountains and the Täschorn.
Can we put a crib in the room?
We're happy to provide a crib upon request.
I booked a double room with a view of the Matterhorn, and there are 2 adults and 1 child in our party. Is that possible?
Our Mountain View and Matterhorn View double rooms are designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 people. You are welcome to book a Superior Double Room if you are traveling with a third person.
I’d like two single beds. Is that possible?
Our double rooms have one double bed; we cannot guarantee two single beds, but we'll do our best.
I’d like one double bed. Is that possible?
We'd be happy to set up one double bed.
Is there air conditioning in the room?
No. We do not have air conditioning.
Is there a washing machine at the hotel?
We don't have a washing machine at the hotel. We offer an in-house laundry service.
I’d like to ask where we should return the bowls and plates from the common area after we’ve used them.
Please feel free to return the bowls and plates you used to the bar on the ground floor.
Can I see the Matterhorn from my room?
If you've booked a room with a view of the Matterhorn, you'll be able to see the Matterhorn from your room.
